I agree that the filed application for membership in the Indo Czech Chamber of Commerce is subject to the approval process for accepting new members.
Arises: filing, its approval by the Board of Directors and payment of the membership annual fee.
I agree that the filed application for membership is a subject to the approval process for accepting new members. Membership starts by filing and its approval and by the payment of the membership annual fee. The company can join the Chamber any time during the membership year (January - December). The membership fee is adjusted proportionally to the time of joining the Chamber. Application form you can fill online on our web or send paper version filled and signed.

I do agree that the given datas are truthful, legal and valid and can be used for networking, business relationships and other business activities of our Chamber.
I hereby grant my consent to the Indian Czech Joint Chamber of Commerce in the Czech Republic, Business ID: 247 53 921 with its registered office at street: Medkova 4, city: Prague 4, Post Code: 149 00 registered with the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section A, Insert 73767 (“Chamber of Commerce”) with the processing of my personal data mentioned in the registration form for membership or registration to attend any choosen event published on our webpages, for the purposes of registering for events, marketing, sending information materials and invitations to other events. The consent is granted for a period of 5 years or until it is withdrawn. Before granting the consent, I was informed on the processing in accordance with Act no. 101/2000 Coll., On the Protection of Personal Data and Amending Certain Laws, as amended (“Act”).

Approval for personal data processing: I agree that the Indian Czech Joint Chamber of Commerce will provide the personal data to its partners for the purpose of sending offers of goods and services and then commercial marketing of Chamber of its partners. It can be withdrawn in writing at any time. The Chamber is authorised to process given personal data for a maximum 5 years.

Annual membership is valid from 1 January to 31 December each year, and is automatically updated for another year, unless a written notice delivered to the address of the President of Indian Czech Joint Chamber of Commerce and is confirmed by registered letter or e-mail, one month (December 1) before the beginning of the next membership period. |
